We recruit directly from the industry sectors we serve, so our numbers include former chief executives and functional heads who have shared our clients’ experiences and pressures first hand. We also have a large number of professional recruiters, many with well over ten years experience in search – in combination, the best of both worlds.

All our consultants are graduate level, many also with masters degrees or further professional qualifications.
