Our approach to interim management emphasises collaboration. We aim to understand exactly what our clients need before hand picking suitably qualified candidates. Our dedicated interim management practice is made up of a team of experienced consultants with a combined 30 years recruiting senior interim managers.
Their passion and experience reduces risk and helps us build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. As you might expect from such senior practitioners, we dedicate time and resources to developing our industry through our role as executive committee members of the Interim Management Association (IMA), the interim industry body.
