Hoggett Bowers Retains Investor in People Gold Awards
Hoggett Bowers is delighted to announce that following its recent reassessment for the Investors in People Standard we have retained our prestigious Gold Award. Hoggett Bowers was first awarded the Investor in People standard in 1996 when we also won the Fast Track award for achieving the standard in record time.
We achieved the Silver Award in 2011 and the Gold Award for the first time in 2014 when Hoggett Bowers was commended for being “an example organisation…. where employees feel attached to the values, mission and objectives of the business. The retention of the Gold Award is a fantastic achievement for the group which demonstrates our ongoing commitment to the training and development of our people from induction and throughout their career with us.
The response rate for the assessment staff survey was 94% which far exceeds the Investor in People response guidelines and is clear evidence of a high level of staff engagement across the business.
Hoggett Bowers was commended by our assessor for our “commitment to delivering a strategy of consistent growth through the hiring and retaining of high quality people ensuring that they are given the direction, development and opportunities conducive to success”. The report went onto say that staff at Hoggett Bowers “commend the openness with which the leadership share their time and personal performance, exhibiting a level of transparency rarely seen in commercial organisations.”
